I fitted a Sena SMH10 bluetooth headset to it and with the molded in speaker pockets it was a breeze to install. The helmet vents well, is relatively quiet and fits true to size. I did install thinner cheek pads to get the fit perfect. The interior sun shield that comes with the helmet is "Smoke" color, I decided I wanted a darker shade so ordered the optional "Dark Smoke" sun shield. You should save your money, there is absolutely no difference in shading between the smoke and dark smoke sun shields, HJC lets riders down in this area.
